Quotation and service terms

Each job is confirmed by a written quotation covering selected materials, preparation, scope, price, payment terms, expected timing, and exclusions. A website enquiry is not a binding quotation.

Paintable surface area differs from carpet area. Repairs, scaffolding, furniture moving, protection, cleanup, taxes, plumbing repairs, structural work, and waterproofing repairs are included only when specifically stated in the quotation.

Any workmanship or manufacturer product warranty is job-specific. Its coverage, exclusions, inspection requirements, claim process, and duration are those stated in the accepted quotation or warranty document.
